bespoke, branded walls and sign for intel® ignite: from concept to installation

Commissioned by Leslie Saul and Associates Architecture and Interiors to work directly with the director of Intel® Ignite for Deep-Tech Startups to ideate, design, budget, manage, and hire a partner to fabricate and install bespoke office space dividers capturing the brand’s camp + fire theme and set the tone for the Cambridge, MA professional incubator space.

Each flat-packable wall in multiple plywood grades was also designed to transport, load, and stand securely without anchors in compliance with building codes. CNC’d tree forms incised with the recognizable 1971 intel® microprocessor chip schematic create the textural and sculptural features that are both welcoming and inspiring.


Pen and charchol sketches (below) rendered forest tree lines, volumes, and shadows and were further abstracted by hand before scanning to create vector and CNC files:
